Job summary

Harvard Integrations LP is seeking a fabrication/welder to assemble and weld metal cabinets, enclosures, and bases per engineering drawings. You will set up equipment, MIG weld components, and install specialized parts on enclosures and bases.

The role requires reading blueprints, using hand and power tools, and ensuring weld quality while adhering to safety guidelines. Forklift experience is preferred. High school diploma or GED is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience may be acceptable.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions and blueprints.
• Experience with MIG welding and metal fabrication processes.
• Comfort using basic hand and power tools safely on the job.
• Attention to detail with measurements and design specifics.

Responsibilities

• Follow customer specifications and drawings to assemble and weld bases/enclosures.
• Weld parts using MIG, gas welding and other arc processes as required.
• Install parts on enclosures/bases including insulation, doors and brackets.
• Inspect welds for size, quality and precision.
• Repair products by dismantling and re-welding as needed.
• Operate crane or forklift to move components as required.
• Collaborate with engineering for design changes and clarifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
