Harvard Integrations in the United States is seeking a skilled fabricator/welder to assemble and weld metal cabinets, enclosures, bases, and components according to drawings.

You will set up equipment, perform MIG welding, read blueprints, handle basic hand tools, and maintain quality and safety standards on a busy shop floor. Experience with structural steel and grinding is preferred; forklift experience is a plus and you'll work with engineering staff on design changes.

Competenze

• Requires MIG welding experience and ability to read and interpret instructions and drawings.
• Must have basic math skills and be able to measure and layout components accurately.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools; safety-conscious and detail-oriented.
• Experience with structural steel, welding and grinding processes preferred.
• Ability to work with others and follow engineering directions or design changes.

Mansioni

• Follow customer specifications and engineering drawings to assemble and weld enclosures and bases.
• Set up equipment and weld parts using MIG, gas welding, and arc welding as required.
• Install components on enclosures/bases using cutting, welding, and grinding tools.
• Inspect welds for size, quality, and precision; repair as needed.
• Operate lifting equipment or forklift; maintain clean, safe work area.
• Coordinate with engineering staff to clarify information and implement design changes.
