CO Building Systems Inc. is seeking a Salesperson to conduct sales calls for customers seeking pre-fabricated metal buildings and related products. You will serve as the main information conduit between customers and our design team, ensuring customer needs are met.

The role emphasizes building relationships, presenting proposals, and driving new business through outreach. A strong emphasis on customer service, communication, and organization is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
• 3–5 years of construction or sales experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven ability to present proposals and negotiate effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and calendar tools is desired.

Responsibilities

• Generate new customer sales via cold calls, email, and other contacts.
• Manage relationships with current customers and clients.
• Present information and proposals to clients and prospects.
• Complete monthly sales reports.
• Develop a goal-oriented sales action plan.
