Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist to own client accounts from strategy through execution. You will lead bi-weekly client calls, manage Meta campaigns, monitor results, and contribute to ad messaging while serving as the primary client contact.

You will report to the Associate Director of Operations and be directly accountable for client results, relationships, and retention, with duties spanning strategy, reporting, tracking, and technical setup.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience with Meta advertising.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations.
• Proven ability to hit performance targets while supporting client retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as primary contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls covering performance and strategy.
• Prepare and send performance reports at least 24 hours before calls.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations for non-technical clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and referrals.
• Manage Meta campaigns, budgets, targeting, bidding, and testing.
