AtlasBrands is seeking a Head of Performance Creative (Meta) to own our primary growth channel and lead end-to-end Meta strategy. You will manage creative pods and align media buying to scale revenue while preserving unit economics.

As a world-class performance creative lead, study market trends, craft high-converting hooks, build AI-driven dashboards, and recruit top talent. Remote-first with overlapping US EST hours.

Qualificações

• Proven ability to scale DTC brands with large Meta ad spends (>$100K/day).
• Direct-response mastery with in-trenches market analysis and creative ideation.
• Operational resilience in high-risk verticals, resolving policy flags and ad rejections.
• High-tempo work ethic (50+ hrs/wk) and leadership across a performance team.
• Full channel ownership and execution with fast, autonomous decision-making.
• AI-driven automation for data workflows, dashboards, and optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Audit and onboard accounts, fully assume Meta decision-making including budgets, launches, and creative.
• Execute growth targets for existing brands and establish rapid-scale launch protocols for new brands.
• Shift brands from break-even to profitable milestones through retention and margin optimization.
• Troubleshoot ad rejections and account health issues; implement redundant account architecture.
• Design and staff pods; ensure top-tier talent leads creative direction end-to-end.
• Build AI-driven dashboards tracking spend, CAC, payback, and creative win/rejection metrics.
