Job summary

AtlasBrands is seeking a Head of Performance Creative (Meta) to act as the CEO of our primary acquisition channel. You will own the Meta ads end-to-end, leading with direct-response creative strategy while overseeing media buying execution.

Build a pod-based creative department to drive rapid revenue growth with strict unit economics and proactive risk management. You’ll develop custom tracking dashboards using AI tooling, recruit top talent, and coordinate cross-functionally to ensure zero

Qualifications

• Proven $100K+/Day scale with DTC brands and high-spend Meta campaigns.
• Direct-Response mastery and hands-on, in-the-trenches mindset.
• Operational resilience in high-risk verticals with policy navigation.
• High-tempo, 60+ hour weeks, and a track record of leadership.
• Full channel ownership of Meta with rapid, autonomous execution.
• Experience in AI-driven automation and data workflows.

Responsibilities

• Audit and take end-to-end ownership of Meta ads, budgets, launches, and creative.
• Scale existing brands and establish launch protocols for new ones.
• Shift retention from rebill to first-purchase break-even with recovery plans.
• Troubleshoot ad rejections and manage account health with backup infra.
• Design pod structures and staff for end-to-end creative direction.
• Build AI-driven dashboards tracking spend, CAC, payback, and win rates.
