Job summary

Clients Blackbox, Inc. is seeking a Paid Media Strategist / Account Strategist to own client accounts from strategy through execution.

In this hands-on role, you will manage Meta campaigns, lead client calls, deliver performance reports, and translate data into actionable guidance for financial services clients. You’ll collaborate with the Associate Director of Operations to drive growth and retention across a growing portfolio.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on paid media experience with Meta.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts and client-facing calls.
• Ability to meet performance targets while maintaining client retention.
• Experience with conversion tracking and marketing automation.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of client accounts and serve as primary contact.
• Lead bi-weekly client calls and prepare performance reports.
• Build and optimize Meta campaigns for lead generation.
• Monitor budgets, targeting, bidding, and creative testing.
• Set up tracking, pixels, and lead-routing workflows.
• Troubleshoot issues across platforms.
