Job summary

Credit Saint Limited Liability Company is seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Expert to manage paid acquisition across Meta and app campaigns in a fast-paced growth environment.

You will own Meta app install campaigns, coordinate with Google App Campaigns, Apple Search Ads and Google Play Console Ads, and ensure accurate attribution using Appsflyer and GA4. The role emphasizes testing, optimization, and reporting to drive lower CPIs and higher ROAS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Finance or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing campaigns in Meta Ads Manager.
• Proven experience with Meta App Install Campaigns (App Event Optimization, Deep Link strategies, SKAN tracking).
• Technical proficiency with Appsflyer, GA4, GTM, and event-based conversion tracking.
• Ability to analyze and interpret campaign data to make strategic recommendations.
• Strong understanding of attribution, pixel configuration, and data integrity across platforms.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative team to develop content assets for social media
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-moving, growth-stage environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the setup, optimization, and performance of all Meta app install campaigns, including audience segmentation, creative testing, and budget allocation.
• Support Google App Campaigns, Apple Search Ads and Google Play Console Ads.
• Manage tracking integrations across Appsflyer, GA4, and ad platforms to ensure accurate attribution and reporting.
• Implement and maintain conversion actions and event tracking across multiple marketing platforms.
• Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and optimization strategies to drive lower CPIs and higher ROAS.
• Collaborate with creative and copy teams to test ad concepts, landing pages, and messaging angles.
• Stay up to date on platform best practices, privacy updates (SKAdNetwork, ATT), and performance marketing trends.
• Work closely with management to develop strategy, forecasting, and reporting dashboards.
