Qualifications

• Previous call center, inside sales, outbound dialing, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to confidently handle objections and rejection while maintaining professionalism.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume call environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Basic computer proficiency, including data entry and CRM systems.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Gather and verify customer information while accurately entering data into company systems.
• Provide information and assistance while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Document all customer interactions, inquiries, and follow-up activities.
• Make 200+ outbound calls daily to warm leads and prospective customers.
• Present products and services while identifying customer needs.
• Confidently overcome objections and provide effective rebuttals.
• Build rapport with customers and maintain a positive, professional phone presence.
• Generate sales opportunities and secure customer commitments.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
