Job summary

Samsung SDI America Inc. is seeking an experienced MES Engineer for the second shift to provide on-site support for the Manufacturing Execution System. The role focuses on maintaining system stability, performance, and availability in a fast-paced factory environment.

Ability to manage production incidents in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Provide operational and technical support for the MES during second-shift operations, ensuring high availability and continuity.
Monitor MES apps, database performance, interfaces, and production transactions in real time; proactively identify and resolve issues.
Diagnose MES, database, and interface problems affecting production, quality, and data integrity; perform RCA when needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve cross-system issues and support deployments.
