Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT experience required.
• Certifications Preferred: A+, Microsoft Certifications (MCPD, MCITP, MCTS).
• Some technical experience troubleshooting computers or electronic equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to problems with MES computer systems.
• Complete periodic checklists regarding MES computer systems.
• Work with other Analysts and MES team members to resolve issues.
• Reconfigure and replace computers, scanners, and printers as they fail.
