Hyundai Autoever America in Savannah, GA is seeking an IT Technician II to oversee MES Systems in an automotive manufacturing plant. This role involves monitoring and resolving issues with MES computer systems, providing Level 1 support, and collaborating with other team members. Candidates should have a high school diploma, 3+ years of IT experience, and proficiency in relevant software. A strong ability to communicate and troubleshoot is essential. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $22.00 - $28.00 plus overtime and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of IT experience required.
• Certifications Preferred: A+, Microsoft Certifications (MCPD, MCITP, MCTS).
• Some technical experience troubleshooting computers or electronic equipment is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and respond to problems with MES computer systems.
• Complete periodic checklists regarding MES computer systems.
• Work with other Analysts and MES team members to resolve issues.
• Reconfigure and replace computers, scanners, and printers as they fail.
