Job summary

The IT Solutions Analyst (MES Analyst) at NCS Global Services will partner with site functions to identify process improvements through IT solutions and lead MES strategy, acting as the bridge between business, manufacturing, and IT teams. You will collect, analyze, document, and communicate requirements, delivering scalable MES solutions aligned with manufacturing excellence.

Standard hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm; on-site presence is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in MES or related roles.
• Strong background in MES architecture, project leadership and systems integration.
• Reading/writing in English required.

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements into MES solutions.
• Lead MES implementations from blueprint through deployment.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and quality.
• Ensure MES integrates with SAP and cloud technologies.
• Provide on-site operations support and training.
