Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in IT operations, infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, or manufacturing systems, including 2+ years in a team lead or management role.
• Working knowledge of MES, ERP, IT infrastructure, networks, servers, end-user services, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity controls, and service management practices in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects, budgets, vendors, operational risks, incidents, priorities, and cross-functional requirements.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, planning, documentation, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical matters to business stakeholders and business priorities to technical teams.
• Experience coordinating with global or headquarters organizations and supporting new plant launch or manufacturing ramp-up activities is preferred.
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, Security+, Microsoft, Cisco, SAP, or related credentials are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide overall management, governance, prioritization, and operational oversight for all MSCe IT domains (ERP, MES, IT infrastructure, OA, end-user computing, cybersecurity).
• Ensure daily operation, availability, performance, integration, maintenance, and support of systems for stable manufacturing operations.
• Coordinate incident, problem, change, backup, recovery, capacity, and continuity activities with cross-domain teams.
• Develop and monitor section budgets, procurements, contracts, renewals, invoices, and forecasts.
• Manage vendors, contractors, and service providers, ensuring safety, security, and purchasing compliance.
• Lead local cybersecurity risk assessments, audits, and compliance reporting.
