Job summary

MOBIS Corporate Center of America is seeking an IT Manager for MSCe in South Carolina to translate IT strategy into reliable day-to-day execution. You will oversee ERP, MES, IT infrastructure, networks, OA, end-user computing, and cybersecurity to enable secure, stable manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive IT operations experience with 2+ years in a team lead or management role.
• Working knowledge of MES, ERP, IT infrastructure, networks, servers, end-user services, cybersecurity controls, and service management in manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects, budgets, vendors, risks, incidents, and cross-functional requirements.
• Strong leadership, analytical, planning, documentation, and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating with global or HQ organizations and supporting new plant launches is preferred.
• Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, Security+ or related credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversees ERP, MES, IT infrastructure, networks, OA & cybersecurity to support stable operations.
• Manages IT operations, projects, budgets, and vendors across MSCe IT domains.
• Sets priorities, SLAs, procedures, and escalation paths; coordinates cross-domain issue resolution with HQ and service providers.
• Leads incident, change, backup, and continuity activities and documents follow-up actions.
• Maintains system documentation, asset records, and procedures per corporate governance and audits.
• Develops roadmaps and performance targets aligned with IT strategy and plant priorities.
• Leads IT projects from requirements through implementation, validation, handover, and support.
• Manages section budgets, procurement requests, contracts, renewals, invoices, and forecasts under the HOD.
