Lonza Group Ltd. seeks a MODA-ES Supervisor in Portsmouth, NH to lead the MES Engineering team managing electronic batch records and eBR development. You will drive continuous improvement and provide technical leadership across manufacturing and quality functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 5–10 years in pharmaceutical/biotech regulated environments.
• 5–10 years supporting automation or MES; MODA-ES experience preferred.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the MES Engineering team with coaching and performance management.
• Drive MES projects and maintain electronic batch records within MODA-ES.
• Develop schedules, prioritize workloads, and manage timelines.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, CAPEX, Global and customers.
• Author, review, and close quality records including deviations and CAPAs.
• Provide technical leadership and training for MES engineers and stakeholders.
