Job Description –

We are seeking an experienced MES Program Manager to lead end-to-end Manufacturing Execution System (MES) implementation at a regulated manufacturing site in Danvers, MA.

The role is responsible for driving the full lifecycle delivery of MES initiatives, including planning, execution, governance, go-live, and post-implementation support, while ensuring alignment with global manufacturing standards and compliance requirements.

This position requires strong hands‑on experience in MES implementation combined with solid project/program management expertise in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end MES implementation and program governance for manufacturing operations
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, quality, and compliance across all project phases
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams including IT, manufacturing, QA, vendors, and site leadership
• Ensure successful deployment of global MES template with site‑specific configurations
• Oversee system integrations with ERP and enterprise applications (e.g., SAP, BPCS)
• Drive go‑live readiness, training, change management, and hyper‑care support
• Manage stakeholder communication, executive reporting, and vendor performance
• Identify risks/issues and implement effective resolution strategies
• Ensure minimal disruption to production during implementation and transition to steady state
• Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and lessons learned

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of Project/Program Management experience
• Strong hands‑on experience in MES implementation projects
• Experience in regulated manufacturing environments (pharma/medical device preferred)
• Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP or BPCS preferred)
• Strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional leadership skills
• Experience in budget, vendor, and risk management
