Job summary

Kubota Manufacturing of America seeks a Digital Manufacturing System Engineer to optimize production through MES systems, data-driven decisions, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will partner with operations and engineering to enhance safety, quality, and productivity by designing robust digital manufacturing solutions.

This role involves end-user support, project coordination, and hands-on development of MES and ERP-related processes across manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or engineering or manufacturing equivalent.
• Ability to compose, edit and proofread documents.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work under critical timelines, re-evaluate priorities and interact in cross- functional teams.
• Strong aptitude for organization, prioritization and managing multiple tasks at the same time.
• Manufacturing system analysis, design, and specification.
• Experience writing Requirement, Functional and System Design Specifications.

Responsibilities

• Develops MES-aligned manufacturing processes prioritizing operator safety and data-driven design.
• Designs robust digital manufacturing processes to ensure quality and operational excellence.
• Manages cross-functional project activities, timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination.
• Prepares product and process reports to support data-driven decisions.
• Supports end-user requests related to ERP/MES changes within IT framework.
