Koch Business Solutions, LP is seeking an Operations Technology Specialist to guide the digital manufacturing direction for our New Richmond facilities. You will supervise site resources and collaborate with engineering, operations, and stakeholders to deliver scalable MES/SCADA solutions that enhance frontline user experience.

The role emphasizes governance, cross-site execution, and leveraging GenAI to boost development efficiency while ensuring safety and reliability of production systems.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, or 3 years of relevant DB development/support experience.
• Experience leading through influence in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience supporting business-critical production applications.
• Experience leading technical design discussions and influencing architecture decisions.
• Experience with application development and system database environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site technical design and collaborate with architecture to implement scalable applications.
• Provide hands-on mentoring to engineers and promote engineering excellence.
• Define requirements with digital team owners and coordinate multi-site execution.
• Work with platform owners and quality teams to meet governance and handle exceptions.
• Leverage GenAI to accelerate solution development and efficiency.
• Drive software quality, governance, and risk management for scalable solutions.
• Ensure adherence to governance, architecture standards, and digital manufacturing guidelines.
• Lead knowledge sharing sessions across regional and global facilities.
