Job summary

Mitsubishi Power is seeking a Manufacturing Systems Engineer at Savannah Machinery Works in Georgia. You will own the digital manufacturing ecosystem, driving MES/SCADA integration, data architecture, and analytics across CNC, robotic, and automation environments.

You will partner with Manufacturing, IT, Quality, and vendors to implement standards, validate data, and enable scalable reporting and traceability across production lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing software, industrial automation, and systems integration.
• Experience with MES, SCADA, ERP/PLM integration, databases, and shop-floor data collection.
• Ability to work across Manufacturing, IT, QA, and vendors.
• Experience in regulated environments is a plus.
• Travel up to 50% to support suppliers and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and upgrade of manufacturing systems architecture.
• Own MES, SCADA, SAP, Windchill integration and data flows.
• Define data standards, interfaces, and ISA-95 compliant integration.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for production metrics.
• Support capital projects and factory startups.
• Troubleshoot cross-system integration issues.
• Collaborate with IT, Manufacturing Eng, QA, and vendors.
