Qualifications

• Establish robust manufacturing processes with poka-yoke.
• Analyze workflows and layouts to improve productivity.
• Provide data-driven cost and scheduling insights.
• Lead project activities, timelines, and vendor coordination.
• Create and maintain process documentation and SOPs.
• Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations.
