Job summary

Lancesoft seeks an MES Associate 1 to support MES in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Sylmar, CA. The role focuses on building MES codes in Excel, testing and releasing them to production, and training colleagues in MES processes.

As an MES Associate 2 level role, you will coordinate with Engineering, MES IT, and production teams to ensure accurate MES coding, timely releases, and continuous process improvements across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in MES environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MES processes.

Responsibilities

• Build MES code in Excel, test and release to production.
• Provide MES training to associates and engineers.
• Lead MES process implementations for complex jobs and meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, MES IT, Planning).
• Manage MES code releases with engineering to align with timelines.
• Interact with MES Client and MES IT for code support.
