Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking an experienced Manufacturing ERP/ MES/OPM professional in the Dallas area. The role involves evaluating, configuring, deploying, upgrading, and maintaining manufacturing software systems and related business processes.

You will guide teams on requirements, provide education, and prepare documentation and training materials to ensure successful system adoption and ongoing operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering/technology or quality-related field.
• 10 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering or quality organization, or 8 years with a Masters.
• 5 years Solumina or similar ERP; MES/OPM experience; project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and validate system requirements; develop interfaces and integration requirements.
• Lead applications concepts and designs meeting user and business needs.
• Author test plans; direct integration/acceptance testing of upgrades.
• Serve as SME for ERP, MES/OPM and related software applications.
• Develop training materials; conduct user training and support.
