Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years of manufacturing engineering experience, including 2 years supporting manufacturing system implementations, digital transformation initiatives, MES/eBR/eLHR deployments, or equivalent programs.
• Work schedule typically 40 hours per week with a preference for onsite work 4 days a week; willingness to travel up to 50% if required.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops and optimizes manufacturing processes and production layouts for assemblies, equipment installation and material handling.
• Supports deployment of Ignition-based systems and MES environments; coordinates with cross-functional teams.
• Leads and participates in process validation, testing, UAT, and site go-live activities.
• Ensures regulatory compliance of processes and procedures; provides guidance on design concepts and equipment utilization.
• Travel up to 50% for implementation, training and support as needed.
