Job summary

Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems in Moorestown seeks an organized MES specialist to serve as the site point of contact for user support, troubleshooting, and deployment of the 1LMX Apriso/MPMLink system. The role requires collaboration across sites, travel as needed, and a strong focus on continuous improvement.

You will work across office, remote, and production floor environments, contributing to manufacturing excellence.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience and exposure to production work instructions and MES platforms.
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Candidate must be willing to travel to support system training and roll-outs.
• This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Support Moorestown Operations team on the manufacturing execution system (MES) and engineering process planning tools, ensuring high-availability and quick issue resolution
• Assist in the development, testing, and future training for the new 1LMX Apriso / MPMLink deployment
• Collaborate with multiple sites to diagnose and resolve technical production problems, aligning solutions with business goals
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes and systems
• Operate in a mix of office, remote, and production floor environments
• Travel as required to support system training, roll‑outs, and on‑site troubleshooting
• US citizenship is required
