Job summary

You will review orders, create new merchant orders, and resolve escalated technical issues while managing several ticket queues daily. The position requires HS/GED, strong communication, and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• HS/GED required, ability to speak clearly and listen actively.
• Fast-paced environment with multiple inquiries.
• Basic computer proficiency including web browser and email.

Responsibilities

• Contact and accept incoming calls from merchants and sales reps to set up equipment and train on functions.
• Review orders to catch mistakes before completion.
• Create orders for additional supplies or equipment or swaps.
• Handle escalated technical issues with effective resolutions.
• Track and report daily work items and manage multiple ticket queues.
