Job summary

SeamlessChex in Miami is seeking a Merchant Support & Operations Specialist to provide hands-on support to merchants across our payment products, with an initial focus on Seamless ACH and credit card processing. This role sits at the intersection of merchant support, onboarding, underwriting, and payments operations.

You will manage ACH support tickets, guide merchants through underwriting and activation, and troubleshoot day-to-day account questions.

Qualifications

• Experience in merchant support or customer success.
• Familiar with ACH payments and card processing.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to coordinate with Risk, Underwriting, Product.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Experience with help desk or CRM platforms.
