Ideal candidates will have customer support experience and strong written communication skills. The position offers a hybrid work environment with comprehensive health coverage and unlimited PTO.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in customer support, success, payment operations, or compliance.
• Strong written communication skills under pressure.
• Detail-oriented and methodical with tasks.

Responsabilités

• Respond to merchant payment status questions and escalations.
• Run authorization reviews on flagged transactions.
• Monitor queues for transaction alerts and document reviews.
