As a Merchant Solutions Entry-Level Designer, your mission is to introduce local establishments, from full-service restaurants and cafes to bustling bars and entertainment venues, to tailored POS systems and cash-discount programs that increase efficiency and eliminate operational complexities.

What You'll Do:

• Scout and prospect local businesses by observing register setups and staff interactions to identify friction or slow terminals.
• Engage staff and decision-makers using proven multi-step field frameworks to secure access to the decision-maker.
• Book qualified appointments for senior sales closures and attend required shadow demos to learn the ropes quickly.
• Utilize field tracking tools to manage daily outreach and follow up on established rapport effectively.
• Maintain a high-performance outbound appointment-setting cadence across key target verticals (restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and hospitality groups), targeting 8+ appointments every week.

What We're Looking For:

Compensation Type: 100% Pure Commission (Paid a percentage of commission on set and successfully closed deals)
