Job summary

PNC is seeking a Treasury Management Officer II for its Merchant Services team. The role focuses on growing sales and revenue, managing client relationships, and mitigating risk while coordinating with internal partners.

The position supports Arizona and other West Territory markets and may allow remote work in select locations. The candidate should have at least 4 years of merchant services sales experience, a Bachelor's degree, and be willing to travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of merchant services sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Willing to travel approximately 30% based on business needs.
• Based remotely in Arizona or other West Territory markets; Pacific Time Zone.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates relationship management activities with new and/or existing clients to grow sales, revenue and market share.
• Works within guidelines to acquire/expand/retain client relationships and generate revenue with non-credit products and services.
• Manages risk/return and drives quality for new and/or existing clients; mitigates regulatory, reputational, and operational risks.
• Focuses on client opportunities by understanding the client’s needs and financial well‑being; increases client engagement and loyalty.
• Manages internal/external relationships to acquire new clients and expand existing ones; leverages reporting and sales tools to identify and convert opportunities.
