Job summary

FFB Bank seeks a results‑driven Territory Sales Manager to expand our merchant services footprint across assigned markets. You will prospect new merchants, partner with commercial lenders and branch colleagues, and lead the full sales cycle from initial contact to funding.

You will tailor banking solutions to client needs, maintain a strong CRM pipeline, mentor junior Relationship Managers, and embody the TRAC values in every interaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; field: business, finance, or related.
• 3–5 years of banking or financial services experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong cross-sell abilities and product knowledge.
• Knowledge of commercial banking products and federal regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through calls, emails, and meetings.
• Build and maintain relationships to drive long-term business.
• Use CRM to track interactions and manage pipeline.
• Develop and manage client portfolios with tailored banking solutions.
• Lead the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to funding.
• Create proposals and RFP responses addressing client challenges.
• Collaborate with internal partners to deliver seamless client experience.
• Mentor junior Relationship Managers.
