Exchange Bank is seeking a Merchant Service Sales Officer in Santa Rosa, CA. This role creates and manages the full sales cycle for merchant services, including prospecting, branch collaboration, and client retention.

You will promote card processing solutions and Treasury-related support while coordinating with branches and processor partners. Full-time, exempt position with typical hours 8:30am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Formación

• Three years of experience in a bank sales role with knowledge of merchant services products.
• Associate degree or equivalent in business administration or related field.
• Proficient with MS Office and general PC skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct outside sales calls and develop new business through prospecting, phone calls, and in-person visits.
• Generate branch referrals and complete the full sales cycle.
• Assess merchant needs and recommend suitable bankcard solutions.
• Collaborate with branches and departments to cross-sell and retain clients.
• Promote bank products to grow the current client base and maintain relationships.
