Job summary

The Merchant Sales Advisor at KeyCorp's Merchant Services team serves in assigned districts within Consumer Business Banking, focusing on growing client relationships for payment and card processing needs.

You'll consult with prospective businesses to identify proper payment solutions, present merchant processing options (credit card, check processing, ACH, gift cards) and work with bank partners to deliver tailored solutions, driving growth and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required.
• At least 1 year of payments-related experience in a banking environment is required.
• At least 1 year of success in a client-focused environment with aggressive growth and service goals is required.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new merchant services relationships within the assigned territory.
• Consult with prospective businesses to identify proper payment solutions (credit card, ACH, etc.).
• Present merchant processing options (credit card, check processing, gift cards) and hardware/software to SMBs.
• Collaborate with bank teams to identify cross-sell opportunities and ensure client satisfaction.
