Brex is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own the strategy for operational spend across card infrastructure and customer workflows. You will shape intelligent purchasing-card experiences, spanning issuance, lifecycle, controls, and economics, to move more spend onto Brex.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams across engineering, design, risk, and commercial, with measurable impact on card volume and recurring revenue in a hybrid New York/San Francisco/Seattle environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the card-program strategy for operational spend and growth.
• Find portfolio-level opportunities to grow card volume and recurring revenue.

• Use AI to monitor program health and automate routine servicing.
