Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Software Relationship Manager (SRM) to prospect, present, and close sales of our Point of Sale solutions for small to mid-sized merchants. You will work with the District Manager to set appointments, identify needs, and drive a fast sales cycle.

In this role, you will train with the District Manager on our short-cycle sales process using Atlas and Salesforce, manage client records, and achieve quota while traveling to client sites in the assigned area.

Qualifications

• Ability to prospect and close sales with merchants.
• Experience with CRM and sales processes.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and set appointments.
• Present Heartland Point of Sale solutions and close deals.
• Maintain CRM records and update activity in Atlas/Salesforce.
• Collaborate with District Manager and attend weekly meetings.
