Job summary

Maverick Payments is seeking a Boarding Representative II to support onboarding and activation of new merchant accounts. You will review applications, ensure data accuracy and coordinate with partners to gather missing information.

This on-site role offers growth, competitive pay, and benefits. You’ll work under the Boarding Manager to maintain quality control and drive efficient workflows across departments.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience working with software user interfaces within the merchant processing field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to navigate multiple system interfaces to key application information efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new accounts and activations; ensure quality control of merchant accounts.
• Review applications, pricing, and approval parameters for record completeness.
• Data entry and synchronization of account data for timely onboarding.
• Communicate with partners and staff for additional information as needed.
• Attend department meetings and training; support special projects as directed.
