Job summary

Maverick Payments is hiring a Boarding Representative II to onboard new merchant accounts and manage activations with a strong eye for accuracy. You will review applications and pricing, ensure complete records, and coordinate with partners to obtain information.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience working with software user interfaces within the merchant processing field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to navigate multiple system interfaces to key application information efficiently.
• Typing speed of 40+ wpm.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new accounts and activate merchant accounts.
• Review daily onboarding queue and verify record completion.
• Key data into systems and ensure timely, accurate onboarding.
• Communicate with partners and staff to obtain needed information.
• Perform data entry and corrections as required.
• Support department projects and workload management.
• Attend department meetings and training as required.
• Assist with special projects as directed by leadership.
