Profile Summary:

The Manager Sales & Service (SMT) will be responsible for driving sales growth and ensuring exceptional service delivery for SMT equipment and solutions. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, managing key client relationships, leading a team of sales and service professionals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet organizational objectives.


Role & responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the SMT sector.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Proficiency in CRM tools.

Service Management:

  • Oversee the service operations to ensure timely and efficient support to clients.
  • Implement service protocols and standards to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the technical team for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of SMT equipment.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales and service professionals.
  • Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations.
  • Organize training sessions to enhance team capabilities.

Reporting & Analysis:

  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and service metrics.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of SMT equipment, processes, and industry standards.
  • Ability to interpret technical specifications and provide solutions to clients.
