You will process payment changes, create payment plans, monitor account health, and conduct soft collections with merchants while coordinating with various teams. This role requires strong communication, data organization, and experience with CRM and Excel/Google Sheets.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience in loan or alternative financing servicing, collections, or a related role.
• Experience in merchant cash advance, fintech, or commercial lending providers.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with the e-commerce ecosystem (Shopify, Amazon, payment processors, etc.).
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume accounts.

• Process payment changes, pauses, and off-cycle payment requests.
• Structure and administer customized payment plans for e-commerce merchants.
• Monitor merchant accounts and track status changes; communicate risk findings.
