We are seeking a detail-oriented Servicing & Collections Analyst to join our team and play a

critical role in maintaining the health of our merchant cash advance portfolio. This position sits

at the intersection of customer service, operations, and risk management—supporting merchants

through payment adjustments and servicing needs while proactively monitoring account

performance and managing early-stage collections. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator

who can balance empathy for merchant circumstances with the discipline required to protect

Key Responsibilities

• Process payment changes, pauses, and off-cycle payment requests in accordance with
• Structure and administer customized payment plans for e-commerce merchants
• experiencing inventory delays, platform payout changes, or cash flow disruptions.
• Guide merchants through bank account, e-commerce storefront, and payment gateway
• connections while troubleshooting related technical issues.
• Provide internal servicing support across teams, ensuring highly accurate and timely
• account maintenance within our CRM and servicing platforms.

Collections & Risk Monitoring

• Monitor merchant accounts and track account status changes on an ongoing basis.
• Observe overall portfolio health, flag emerging risk trends, and communicate these
• findings to the entire Finance and Risk teams.
• Conduct soft collections outreach to merchants with past-due or at-risk accounts, driving
• positive resolutions and mitigating portfolio losses.
• Act as the primary intermediary between Onramp Funds and third-party collections
• partners, ensuring clear communication, tight documentation, and seamless case
• handoffs.

Additional Responsibilities

• Coordinate with industry partners (funders, ISOs, and other stakeholders) to resolve
• issues involving shared merchant accounts.
• Support the Compliance and Legal teams with documentation, account histories, and
• escalations as needed.

Qualifications

• MUST live in Austin, TX OR Relocate (In office 4-5 days a week, NO remote workers)
• 1–3+ years of experience in loan or alternative financing servicing, collections, or a
• related role, ideally within merchant cash advance, fintech, or commercial lending
• providers.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle sensitive
• conversations professionally and firmly.
• Familiarity with the e-commerce ecosystem (Shopify, Amazon, payment processors, etc.)
• and an understanding of traditional e-commerce cash flow cycles.
• Highly organized, with strong attention to detail skills and the ability to manage a
• high-volume portfolio of accounts simultaneously.
• Proficiency with CRM/servicing software and strong data management and analysis skills
• in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Working knowledge of commercial collections regulations and compliance best practices
