Fabletics, Inc. seeks an Associate Stylist in El Segundo, CA to style and execute e-commerce looks that align with brand and editorial direction.

You will partner with the Styling Manager to prepare direction decks, shopping lists, and pre-shoot materials, and lead pre-production styling tasks for e-com and campaigns. The role requires 1–3 years of styling experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with studio operations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of styling experience in professional settings such as fashion production, styling for e-commerce, editorial, or campaigns.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with cross‑functional creative teams.
• Familiarity with photo studio operations and production timelines.
• Foundational AI literacy and openness to new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Style and execute e-commerce looks aligned with brand and editorial direction.
• Prepare styling direction decks, shopping lists, and pre-shoot materials with the Styling Manager.
• Lead pre-production styling tasks across e-com and campaigns, keeping assets organized.
• Maintain high on-set quality control for cohesive, brand-right looks.
• Troubleshoot styling challenges quickly during fast-paced shoots.
• Communicate clearly with Art Directors, Digital Techs, hair & makeup, talent, and assistants.
• Provide creative solutions to maintain brand consistency under shifting priorities.
• Maintain a well-organized, stocked styling kit at all times.
• Collaborate with the Art Director to streamline workflow and increase efficiency.
• Continuously research trends and styling techniques to evolve expertise.
