Fabletics, Inc. is seeking an Associate Merchant – License, Graphics & Special Projects to support the Merchandising team with daily to monthly projects.
You will analyze sales data, maintain product records, and help develop assortments in a fast-paced environment. You will work with cross-functional teams to generate insights, create IR decks, and identify reorder opportunities, while keeping product data accurate in PLM systems.
Job Description Fabletics is currently looking for an Associate Merchant – License, Graphics & Special Projects. How Do You Fit In? As the Associate Merchant, License, Graphics & Special Projects, you will be responsible for supporting the Merchandising team in daily, weekly, and monthly projects. This includes but is not limited to analyzing sales data, maintaining accurate product records, and supporting the development of assortments. The ability to multi-task and prioritize across these projects will be important to the success of this role. Strong communication, attention to detail, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment are required. This position will report to the Sr. Merchant.
Generate regular business recaps that help interpret current results, identify key learnings, and inform future strategy.
Drive process and assortments of Special Projects & Graphics in global assortment meetings to support team with selling and trend analysis; own IR deck creation of owned categories.
Identify and execute reorder opportunities to maximize in-season sales, and support ongoing process development for managing the license and graphic tee assortments.
Own and maintain accurate product data in Centric PLM, keep Miro visual assortment boards organized and current, and support deck preparation for quarterly IR cycles.
Communicate business needs with cross functional teams; Design, Planning, Site Merchandising & Marketing.
Attend and participate in key cross-functional meetings and presentations.
Be obsessed with the competitive landscape, key trends, and market developments.
Partner closely with the Retail, International, Wholesale and Marketplace teams to help guide and recommend assortments and support additional ad hoc projects.
BA or BS preferred
2 to 3 years of experience in merchandising
Working knowledge of merchandising practices and retail math
Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
A self‑starter with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
A team player who can also work independently and troubleshoot in a fast-moving environment
Proficiency in Excel and PLM systems; comfort with the MS Office Suite and AI tools.
This role will be based in our El Segundo Headquarters.

The annual basesalary range for this position is from $70,000-$75,000. The range provided includes the base salary that Fabletics expects topayfor the role. Offered base salary will be dependent on factors including the scope and complexity of the role, candidate’s related work experience, subject matter expertise and work location.
