American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader to drive the store's merchandising strategy in partnership with the Store Team Leader. You will train and coach your team to deliver AE Visual standards and a best-in-class guest experience, ensure replenishment, and keep floorsets sharp.

As a Leader on Duty, you will drive sales, analyze daily trends, manage and develop talent, recruit effectively, and uphold store safety and AE policies.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience with team leadership.
• Proven ability to coach and train staff.
• Strong visual and merchandising standards.
• Ability to drive sales and guest loyalty.
