Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Mankato, MN is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader to act as the Store Team Leader's go-to for developing and implementing merchandising strategies.

You will train and coach your team to deliver AEO brand Visual standards daily, ensure floorset execution, replenishment, and a guest-ready store that reflects the brand. You will drive sales as a Leader on Duty, lead merchandising initiatives, recruit and develop talent, and uphold store safety and asset

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams in a management role.
• Strong coaching and training ability.
• Proven ability to drive sales and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• As a key LOD, drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and analyze daily trends to guide decisions.
• Lead day-to-day merchandising, sell-through adjustments and replenishment to reflect brand standards.
• Motivate and coach the team, check service standards, and hold the team accountable to customer service expectations.
• Recruit and hire strong talent to meet business needs; train and develop the team for outstanding service.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback through real-time coaching; conduct development plans and performance reviews.
• Maintain daily operations and visual standards across all store zones; ensure fitting rooms are guest-ready and aligned with AEO Brand Standards.
• Commit to integrity, asset protection standards, and adherence to company policies.
