Qualifications

• Strong leadership and coaching skills for retail teams.
• Ability to train and develop team members to meet merchandising standards.
• Experience driving floorset execution and replenishment to guest-ready standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as Leader on Duty by maximizing fitting room and sales floor productivity and building guest loyalty through a best-in-class guest experience.
• Coach team to deliver an outstanding guest experience and ensure store reflects AEO Brand Standards and visual merchandising.
• Lead and develop the team, delivering performance feedback, development plans and reviews to boost engagement.
• Recruit and hire strong talent and train staff to consistently provide outstanding service.
• Implement daily operational procedures, maintain visual standards, and ensure fitting rooms are guest-ready.
