American Eagle is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader to implement the store's Merchandising strategy and coach the team to meet brand Visual standards. You will ensure high-quality floor sets and replenishment, and drive a guest-ready store every day.

You will lead by example, focusing on staff development, coaching, and accountability to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve key KPIs. This role emphasizes teamwork, integrity, and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail management is preferred.
• Ability to train and coach a team to meet brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty by maximizing selling floor productivity and guest loyalty.
• Coach team to deliver AEO Brand Standards and keep visuals in top condition.
• Recruit, hire and develop talent to maintain adequate staffing.
• Provide real-time coaching and performance feedback to enhance associate engagement.
