You will lead floorset execution, replenishment, and merchandising opportunities, while nurturing talent through real-time coaching, performance feedback, and development plans to drive KPIs

Qualifications

• Strong visual standards and brand execution across store
• Experience coaching and developing associates to deliver great guest service with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty by maximizing store productivity and guest loyalty.
• Coach team to deliver AEO Brand Standards and maintain visual quality.
• Lead and develop talent through training, feedback, and performance reviews.
• Execute daily operations to maintain floorset integrity and replenishment.
