As the Store Team Leader's go-to, you will maximize floor productivity, lead floorset execution, and foster guest loyalty through a best-in-class shopping experience. You will recruit, train, and develop talent while modelling AE values and real yourself at work.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience is required.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of employment law is a plus.
• Strong business acumen and store operations understanding.
• Passion for AE/Aerie brands and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as a Leader on Duty by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity.
• Lead floorset execution and replenishment to maintain brand standards.
• Train and coach team to deliver excellent guest experiences and service standards.
• Recruit, hire, and develop store staff to meet business needs.
• Provide ongoing performance feedback, conduct development plans and reviews.
• Maintain visual standards and daily store operations across all zones.
• Support store safety and asset protection compliance.
