Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team in a store setting.
• Ability to train and coach teammates to standard merchandising practices.
• Strong focus on guest experience and floor execution.
• Understanding of store operations, replenishment, and KPIs.
• Knowledge of employment law basics and team development.

Responsibilities

• Lead merchandising strategy and store-level execution to meet brand standards.
• Drive sales as Leader on Duty through floor and fitting room productivity.
• Coach and develop team to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Recruit, hire and train strong talent to meet business needs.
• Provide ongoing feedback, performance reviews and development plans.
• Maintain daily operational procedures and visual standards across zones.
• Uphold store safety, asset protection, and company policies.
