Job summary

AEO is seeking a full-time Merchandising Team Leader in Austin, TX to be the Store Team Leader's go-to for developing and implementing the merchandising strategy, coaching the team to deliver brand standards, and ensuring floorsets are guest-ready.

You will drive sales as a Leader on Duty, coach on-floor merchandising, recruit and train talent, and maintain visual standards while upholding safety and asset protection policies.
