Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as Leader on Duty by maximizing productivity and building guest loyalty.
• Coach the team to deliver AEO Brand Standards and maintain store visuals.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff to deliver outstanding service.
• Provide real-time feedback, performance reviews and development plans.
• Execute daily operations to uphold safety, asset protection and policy compliance.
• Maintain guest-ready selling floor and fitting rooms consistent with brand standards.
• Represent values and lead the team with accountability and engagement.
